I attach the patch. It adds a pdf_init call to all test cases. The
pdf_init is allowed to be invoked several times, in order to it
works both for w32 and for CK_FORK=no mode. However, it does not
document the pdf_init procedure in the manual.
Applied in the trunk. Many thanks.
