I'm not familiar with these problems, but I've not used very low samplerate 
audio.  As for the stero swapping, do you have 3D enabled?  I noted that my 
sound had quirks when I had some of those "3d effects" enabled.  After 
disabling it, the sound was always perfect.

I'm jealous.  If it needs a new home, I'm looking to buy one for my Vortex 
S/PDIF experiments.  ;)
