Follow-up Comment #31, bug #55187 (project octave):

Isn't it enough to reverse the testing order and check for
qcollectiongenerator first, which will be detected and selected on older
systems, and then if that fails (because we might be at Qt5.12 or higher)
check for qhelpgenerator?
