Follow-up Comment #52:
Yes, let's close this report. It's fixed for us with mxe-octave and I think
that's the best we can do unless there is a magic fix for Windows that we
don't know about, or there is some change in the definition for xerbla that
specifies a standard way to install a handler function. We can open separate
reports for other issues as needed.
