Follow-up Comment #51:

Finally completed building version of Octave with MXE.  It does pass the test
with balance, and it does pass __run_test_suite__.  And only 5 years after the
initial report :)

Do you want to close the report now?

We should open up a new report about performance and possibly caching NaN/Inf
status of matrix rather than calculating it each time.
