Follow-up Comment #22, bug #53520 (project octave): Do we pass the absolute path to the DLL in LoadLibrary? If not, maybe we need to be parsing the path to jvm.dll and adding the base directory the the equivalent of LD_LIBRARY_PATH. What if jvm.dll is calling out for other dlls or supported files?
