I, for one, have certainly never even heard of it before now.

I'm looking at the man page for that now.  This is another something
that I've been totally unaware of until now.

Suggestion:  In the man page for "inc", perhaps it would be a Good Idea
to list slocal in the SEE ALSO section (?)

It appears to me that slocal is intended to take the place of procmail.
Is that correct?

If so, I am immediately wondering about what functionality I might lose
if I switch from procmail to slocal.  Could you elaborate for my edification
please?

Perhaps there is nothing special within procmail that I really need that
I cannot also get just as well from slocal.
