And I guess short answer is, not with a single query.

If and after David adds workflow contents to the RDF extracts then you will be able to do it, but via a SPARQL query and only of the database to the point of the previous night’s snapshot.

Or, you can construct a workflow that extracts all workflows, then the components of each workflow (Taverna 1 workflows only just now) and picks out those with processor X. And then run that workflow each time you want to make that query.
