No problems so far, but no attempt to push yet.

There is currently a conflict between the version of
debian/changelog in the monotone repository and my local copy, a
copy which have been uploaded to Debian master archive. I have also
made the debian/copyright file considerably shorter by replacing
text with references to the AUTHORS and COPYING files.

As an official Debian maintainer I need to have full control of the
debian directory. I therefore need to understand how the debian
files were handled in the past when a new release was prepared, and
how I in my role as the Debian maintainer will fit into this process
from now on.

Regards
