I run the command sudo apt-get install –y
..... I don’t think it is LTIB problem.
Because I didn’t get the part of ltib
installation.
I tried to run sudo apt-get update and
still some error. Could it be my ubuntu os internet
connection issue or not?
Please advise.

Yes that should be fine. I've installed on that version.

You need an installation so that LTIB can write to disk
(/opt/ltib/...)

There's no specific per-platform instructions, just follow
the generic instructions. What you may have to do though is
install some missing dependencies using "sudo apt-get xxx"
. LTIB will tell you if something it needs is missing.
