I changed the command-line parser and few other things. That check is only
there while I get a grip and getting things working again.
I'll make the necessary fixes first thing tomorrow.

You've compressed the hi-res still too much so that it is physically too
small for the code that tries to fit it into the multiplex stream. The
stream format is really messy and for various reasons its a pain if the frame
is too small! Simply tell mpeg2enc to produce a larger still (-T 100 should
give nice results). N.b. you're not saving much if you make the stills
small: various overheads are quite large.
There could be problems wit hi-res stills anyway (there're rather weird and
quite a few changes habe been made). I'll email when they work again!
