Yes. Sourcecontrol.net.

There are 149 publically mirrored archives, 19 of which are also homed
at sc. There's a couple other small things that are being done as well
-- some home pages, a branch lookup tool, an archive location, so forth
and so on. One of the most recent additions is the recent availabily of
an ldap server so that you an hook up your mail client and find the
email addresses of other developers.

As time passes, I'll keep adding things in a little bit at a time.
