Remember the server doesn't need to run arch - there is no archd.

https://gna.org/ is another possibility (which also happens to run the savannah
code). They claim to admin the server "democratically" in accordance with
a constitution, which seems cool. (As opposed to savannah which has been
dysfunctional for weeks and weeks, leaving over 300 project registrations to
pile up - very uncool.)
