ViewArch seems to do the job (aside from continuation), at least on web interface.

I dod not check command line interface yet.

Just out of curiosity, is ViewArch actually parsing the output of "tla log" in order to compute the annotate?

ViewARCH has just the feature. You can get "annotate" stuff through command line interface as well as web browser.

The project is still in progress and it's not so handy nor
portable yet. apparently we need more testers & reporters.
