With this checkin, the older 'openvg' branch has been merged with
master. The AGG support has also been fixed to work with the new
framebuffer code as well. This is all in preparation for merging this
large amount of work into master over the next few days.

As this code doesn't effect GTK/AGG, nobody should notice any
difference when this is committed to master. This mostly just effects
embedded developers running Gnash in a framebuffer, and wishing to use
hardware accelerated rendering.

As mentioned before, the benefits to this code are improved
framebuffer support (FB can support multiple renderers), improved
support for input devices, EGL support, OpenVG support, and a somewhat
cleaned up rendering API.

Future changes to this after the merge are getting OpenVG to work with
GTK and more cleanup of the rendering API to be consistent. There is
hope somebody will take the OpenGLES1 stubs and implement that renderer
fully, which should now be possible with the required EGL support and
framebuffer changes.
