Links to the mpeg4 and Theora files are immediately below the flash version. they both immediately download the file.

Are the Flash and mpeg versions given equal prominence in your page?

Making a Theora file from an mpeg4 file loses quality.  Really the
Theora file should be made from the high quality master, just as the
mpeg4 file would be.

It doesn't look good for the Free Software Movement if you treat
our format as a poor relation.
