Very nice!  However, please convert the stuff in the first section to
a table with comments; this will increase readability, I think.  For
example

    SVG   |  banned   | banned in  | supported  |
  feature | in OT-SVG | SVG Native | in librsvg | comment
  --------+-----------+------------+------------+--------
    ...   |    ...    |     ...    |     ...    |   ...
