The code has been working this way all along, no behavior changes regarding FS handling of GM-mode bank select in anyway, with or without that comment.

I will leave that part of the comment back in there.

OK cool. What I meant was, if a comment says "this might need to be fixed" and you don't fix it, you shouldn't delete the comment.
