Uh, shift is right above ctrl on my keyboard and it is a bit larger
then ctrl. I can see myself hitting `M-C-<backspace>' accidentally
when working under X.
Is there any problem with <C-S-backspace>? Will not work with, say
emacs -nw, but neither does <S-backspace> anyway.
