If I remember correctly, I pulled them out of the Wine sources. Either the
resources for user32.dll or gdi32.dll - I forget which. You should be able
to get the rest from there also. I think they are in *.rc textual form, so
you'll need to convert them into raw binary with a hex to binary converter
(my converter was whipped up from scratch in about 10 minutes, and I've since
misplaced it - it was a quick hack thrown away once I didn't need it any
more). Grep for "ICON" in the *.rc files in the Wine distribution to find
them.

The DotGNU icon? There's a png version in pnetlib/samples that you can
convert. Or see what Wine does in a similar situation.
