This is the right list. But if you send a mail message from a
different mail address than the one you subscribed with, it will be
held for moderator approval.
Also, remember that the GNUstep lists are set up so that, unlike
most other lists that require moderator approval to post, they don't
rewrite the Reply-to: field in the email. This means that you need
to remember to hit reply to all, not just reply, in your mail
client, or only the person who sent the email will see it. This is
difficult to do, since it's different behaviour from almost every
other email you will reply to, but apparently it's sensible for some
convoluted reason.
