Ai, that's a bug. 1.3.2 should have been available, but it wasn't (it
was on the site, but not in the setup.ini, and thus not available
through setup.exe). Thanks, fixed now (gets mirrored tonight).

No, but I think that's a cygwin trick. `ls /cygdrive/c' should work.

Ah, so it's a bug in ly2dvi. It should produce either
/usr/lilypond/input/...
or
\cygwin\usr\lilypond\...
The firs version is then translated by a call in file-path.cc in
lilypond into /cygdrive/c/usr/..
