Hi all,

I'm back from holiday and have done a few commits:
- cylce-count
- TODO-list
- removed debugging from avr910.c
- baudrate patch (right now it is only for avr910)

Please check, if everything works okay.

Unfortunately, I had to ruin the layout of the 
programmer-configuration in the documentation to avoid an overfull 
hbox. Any ideas?

I will look into the following soon:
- Proper display of supported chips for avr910
- FAQ ;-(
