the dude is right!

actually, I noticed the error, and fixed the targnum page but somehow 
screwed it and used an older version to restore it. so there may be some 
more errors. I'll update the online page around the weekend. (if I 
forget, remind me).

anyways, reliability.html is the correct double document, and the one 
you would probably like to edit.
update me on that issue!

I need someone to edit the home.html (main page). It seems to be a bit 
outdated, and may contain errors which I haven't noticed (being the 
translator _and_ the editor (who said "bad example"?)). whoever takes 
it, notify me, and replace the editor name on the document.
