Thanks, I wasn't expecting to get this automatically this anyway. The only 
problem I see now is that print_page_foot gets only a handle to the file, so 
in that function I can't really special-case on the contents, right?

Or would it be better to create the TOC in the element_file_name function and 
store it in a hash (indexed by file name) and simply insert the 
already-generated custom tocs into the footer in print_page_foot? (I want to 
print it after the contents, so that browsers that don't support CSS properly 
will show it also after the contents and not before)
