Thanks, works fine.

BTW, is there any way to obtain the top node in any of the printing methods? 
In particular, if for some reason no customized TOC for the current page has 
been generated (because it is e.g. the top page or the about or index page), 
then I'd still like to generate a toc, but for this I need the top node (or 
equivalently any other section node, from which I can go up to the top node).
