[Texi2html-bug] German Translation

Hi Patrice,
Looking at the German translations file, I noticed some errors:
- -) 'Kurzes Inhaltsverzeichniss' should be 'Kurzes Inhaltsverzeichnis'
- -) 'Inhaltsverzeichniss' should be 'Inhaltsverzeichnis'
(i.e. only one 's' at the end!).

Also, most of the strings are untranslated. Is this on purpose or are you 
simply missing these translations and would like me to provide them?
