[Swarm-Support] Optimization with Shark

Apologies for the lack of clarity, I'm not sure why the carriage returns 
were ignored in that message anyway I hope this is clearer.

- close other programs, - open Shark, - run yourSwarmApp as normal, - 
choose Time Profile in the first pop-up button (its the default), - choose 
process in the second pop-up button, - choose yourSwarmApp in the third 
process pop-up button, - click the start button, - after ten seconds or so 
click stop, - click on the high percentages in the results window to see 
where your app spends most of its time.
