Class.ForName doesn't work! why?

Hi again! I'm using JBuilder 6 under windows and in all examples that
i've tried to run Class.forName("exampleclass") I've obtained
an exception!! there are another method that can I use to identify the
class? or how can I run the method forName without an exception?
 More specifically I've the following statement:

Selector (Class.forName("Agents"),
"drawSelfOn", false)
