Yes, I've found this before, and even the newer libgr packages from redhat
do not fix it.  I had to get the netpbm package source, get a png source
package, fit them together, and recompile it.  Since both my machines
died, I've got to do it again, and if you can wait,  I can send
you the binary you need.  End of Today or
tomorrow.

If you can get the srpm package, you can rebuild for your system. That 
should be easy... Tell me the address and the name of the packages, I'll
see if it works on mine.
