Maybe I am just too stupid ... TCL_LIBRARY is a shell environment
variable, right? And where do I have to set it? I tried both, setting it
as root before compiling swarm and setting it as a user before compiling
heatbugs. To no avail. Still I get a seg fault. Messages in gdb look the
same, too.
Did I something wrong or are there other ideas?
