espeak output module, please test

Hi Lukas, I managed to hang Speech Dispatcher using the new espeak
module.  It is quite reproducible on my system and it doesn't happen
with other modules (e.g. espeak-generic).  The hang occurs when I run
Orca with the Speech Dispatcher backend and espeak module.  If I go to
any menu, and arrow up and down between two menu items as fast as I can,
it usually takes a few seconds before I manage to hang Speech Dispatcher up.

The end of my Speech Dispatcher log with log level 4 can be found at the
end of this message.  It is interesting, that I was not able to
reproduce the hang with logging level set to 5.  Thus I assume it might
be some timing issue and may be hard to reproduce on other systems.  The
espeak module log (with debug on) only contains one message repeated
bunch of times every second:

To test with Orca, I recommend using the newest python interface from
Speech Dispatcher CVS and the newer version of Orca backend attached to
this email.  The file should replace the file of the same name within
your orca installation directory.  This version supports output module
selection and automatic reconnection after Speech Dispatcher restart.
