I also got a bounce back due to a misconfigured mail filter...and the keyserver seems to be showing up just a stock new Ubuntu server web page (nothing on the 11370 or 11371 ports).
It must have come up at least once and reported because it is showing up on the SKS server list...but something changed.

Has anyone actually been able to connect to keyserver.newideatest.site on 11371 to verify the key counts or port 11370 to verify recon is up & running? I’ve been unable get a response from either and my previous attempt to reply to one of Dan’s messages to this list returned a bounce back due to a misconfiguration on his mail server that points to it not being production ready:

 save to /var/spool/virtual/newideatest.site/dan/Maildir

The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

Dan,

I have added you to the peer list on keyserver.insect.com .  The peer string for our server is:

keyserver.insect.com           11370   # Jason Schwarz <jason@insect.com> 0x76626AA6

I tried to email you, but your site is actually blocking email from insect.com .

I asked once before, but only one person responded. So let me try again.
I'm looking for people to partner with for sks reconciliation. If you
are willing to sync with me, add keyserver.newideatest.site 11370 to
your partner list and let me know what I should add to mine. I'd really
like to get some gossip partners here.

Thanks!

I have just added your server to ours. If you want to add our server to
yours, here are the details:
