See http://aperiodic.net/screen/bugtracker, which has some handy links
for buglists in Savannah that I use. Basically, there are two lists:
items targeted at 4.1.0, and items targeted for "later". Each is
presented with two alternative sorting criteria.

As to which are going to be taken seriously, and which need to be
discussed, you can have a look at the status. "Confirmed" is meant to
mean "we are going to do this", "Need Discussion" means we're not sure
yet. "Need Investigation" mostly means I want to try to reproduce it.
Sometimes that means I don't know for sure whether it's a real problem,
sometimes it means I know it's a problem, but need to dig deeper.
