    Afaics we have 2895 project admins.

If you send to 30 of them each hour, that would take 100 hours, which
is about 4 days.  That sounds easy enough.  Thus, you could have sent
out warning about the host name change 2 weeks ago in this method.

In the future, please send advance notice of all incompatible changes
in this way.  Ok?

Warning people about incompatible changes is an essential part of
providing good service.  We have to do this job, even if it is
difficult.
