I just installed two more minor fixes to the log_accum script. The
first fix prevents the script from aborting when debugging traces are
enabled and a variable is undefined. The second handles dashes in tag
names. Prior to this second change, everything after and including the
first dash in a tag or branch was ignored. For instance, the tag
`cvs1-11-x-branch' was processed and reported as the tag `cvs1'
(<http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/cvs-cvs/2006-06/msg00005.html>).
