OK, I prepared a single patch which applies cleanly to the current CVS:
http://karrde.gorfajn.com:8000/ratpoison/frameset-all.diff
This is the only patch needed. BTW, it will not apply cleanly along
with my split enhancement, some tiny merging is needed.
