Ok, I've added a WINDOW_BORDER_WIDTH in conf.h so you can set the
border width of all managed windows. ratpoison now handles borders
properly...as far as I can see :). A more rigorous test would be nice
but I don't have such illbehaving apps as mozilla and xemacs installed
on this machine.
