two small things.

1. a bit down in the /NEWS file it says which commands that are implemeted. but 
it's not completly correct. number isn't implemented yet. maybe that word 
should be removed so it doesn't confuse anyone?

2. maybe we should clutter the distribution archive with a sample .ratpoisonrc 
to help people get started with configuring? something like this perhaps?
