agg! no wonder the d/l's are 0 for 0.0.4 (and here I was thinking
'nobody likes me'...). I really have no idea how they were removed. In
the mean time I'd suggest grabbing from cvs. I'll be making an 0.0.5
release in a few days which should resolve the missing file mystery.

The numbering system works just like screen (starts at 0 and
increments as new VTs are made. gaps are filled in first) but you may
have been misled because currently ratpoison doesn't sort the windows
by number (it doesn't sort them at all...).

Thanks for the head up...who knows how long that's been broken!
