[RP] 0.0.4 tarball

Greetings Rat Exterminators,

Just want to try the latest release.  Love the concept.  Talk about
screenspace!!! The 0.0.4 tarball gets a file not find from source forge.
Any other sources for it.  If not guess I can get the files one by one
from CVS.

One suggestion... Reverse the window numbering so the latest window gets
the highest number, as in screen.  Maybe 0.0.4 does this....
