The "vlan" parameter has been removed with QEMU 3.0, see:

So your "vdeq" must be very out of date. No clue if there is newer 
replacement, though, since I've never used VDE. If you really want to use 
VDE, I suggest contacting the VDE author and ask there for a replacement.
