 - several open source projets use PayPal (http://www.paypal.com) for this (for 
example ardour).
You can make an account there, and then you add a link to the protux-page so 
that people can make you a donation for mustux/protux...

 - make a donation section where you can add a payment address or a bank 
account number...

 - add your address so that people can send you the newest RME or MidiMan card 
for testing/debugging it with mustux...

or all of the above solutions
