[Phpgroupware-developers] Unsupported modules

Hi,

I just updated my phpgroupware and it deleted Weather and SquirrelMail.  That 
isn't
important for my system but I can't update my clients' until this is fixed.  
Which
brings me to the question, Is CVS going to be fixed so it won't delete modules 
that
it doesn't update?
