The stable branch was missing expat and core so I got the rel-1-0-3 branch
which appears to have everything in it. The Head branch was missing files
like evenobject.cpp & .h and had other problems. I'm using visual C++ on a
2000 machine.

i think the 'stable' branch is just a simple 'pointer' to the latest stable
release of paragui. and when a newer stable release is given, you just
update against the stable branch....so really, it's just to make life
easier.
