Hello felix, today i put FOAM arround the bmp085 and the altitude hold worked almost perfect.
I think my problem is because i fly in the sum and bmp is unprotected.
i never used bmp in my other autopilot so i not know thr tricks of this sensor.
In my planes it workvery well but its inside the fuselage.
About the pitch and roll authority, i expirenced a strange behavior today but i am in HOVER not in ALT_HOLD.
I do more tests.

It would be great if you could add the ROTORCRAFT_RADIO_CONTROL message to the "vert_loop" mode in the telemetry xml file that you use and log that.
