Thanks for raising this early.

IIUC, the Fedora buildbot workers have been updated recently, too. Afaict,
they are also using gcc 11 now.
They are probably emitting the same warnings during compilation you are
seeing.
E.g. here:

It might be worth checking if there is something about them.

However, all tests still pass for them.

How did you configure Octave? And which tests are failing for you that didn't
fail with gcc 10?
