When starting Octave, what could be the reason for a pop-up mentioning "Could
not setup the data required for the documentation viewer. Only help texts in
the Command windows will be available."?
There is or was a bit of an issue on that box (virtual desktop tru VMWare)
with temp directories, but I fixed that for executing text blocks in the GUI
editor with <F9>, so I suppose temp dirs should be OK now. The same Octave
build doesn't have that issue on my home box.
All .html files are there.
