Thank you Rik for your idea, I didn't know that place to post. 

Hi Kai, Octave still isn't working. I answer your questions between lines:

- Is your system a 64-bit system?
 Yes

- Which MS Windows version do you use? 
Windows 10 Home

- Did you face any errors or suspicious behavior during the installation? 
No, everything ok.

- Does the installation location (for example "C:\octave") exist, is it
readable? 
Yes to both.

- Do you use any Virus-Scanner/Malware protection software? 
Yes, I have Avast but I put C:\Octave on the exclusion list.

- Can you start Octave ("C:\octave\octave.vbs") from the windows command
prompt "cmd.exe" and see some errors there? 
I ran it and no error appear, actually any message show up, not even success.



Thank you for your help, I'm clueless with this since no error appears.
Any idea or data you need just ask.
