Follow-up Comment #43, bug #53841 (project octave):

I did try just a copy to the temp file, however at that point, although it
doesn't complain about the file readly, it also doesn't show any
documentation, instead 'doc plot' displays 'Your search did not match any
documents'

So, so far patch from comment 42, is the working solution
